MERCHANT ADVISOR
As a Merchant Advisor, you will play a vital role in our sales team, providing exceptional customer service and driving new business growth. Your main responsibilities will involve conducting sales calls, building and nurturing client relationships, and serving as a bridge between our sales representatives and customers. Your expertise in sales will directly impact our company's revenue and expansion. Your proficiency in computer tasks, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills will ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of daily and weekly tasks. As an Merchant Advisor, you will also support other team members and assist with miscellaneous duties as needed. POSITION DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and clients

Guide & Coach Merchants on the Credit Card/POS/ATM Process

Maintain accurate records in CRM software, including importing lists and producing reports
-
Monitor and troubleshoot ATM zero activity, and make courtesy calls to merchants as needed

Update and maintain ATM and customer lists
-
Support Credit Card Relationship Manager and other team members as needed

Complete weekly and monthly tasks such as compiling rep mail, monitoring three-month merchant courtesy calls, and updating leads lists

Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed or directed by management.

Strong telesales skills for marketing products and obtaining leads

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to act as a liaison between sales reps and clients

Proficiency in computer tasks and using CRM software

Attention to detail for recording and documenting sales calls, leads, and account status

Time management skills to complete daily and weekly tasks

Knowledge of ATM operations and customer service for troubleshooting and making courtesy calls

Willingness to back up the Credit Card Relationship Manager and other team members

Flexibility to perform miscellaneous tasks as directed and adapt to changes in responsibilities.
